Your story — from the beginning
We start with your timeline. Not just what's happening now, but the full picture — childhood, transitions, stress, food history, and the patterns your body has been building for years. Most people have never told their health story to someone who actually listens for the clues.
The investigation
Together we look at what your symptoms may be telling us — not in isolation, but as a connected picture. Fatigue, hormones, sleep, digestion, stress — they're rarely separate problems. They're usually one story told in different ways.
Your personalised direction
You leave with clear, practical recommendations — adjustments to nutrition, hydration, movement, and daily habits that are specific to you. Not a generic plan. A starting point that actually fits your life.
Your written summary
Within 72 hours you receive a written summary of everything we covered — your key patterns, the recommendations we discussed, and your next steps in writing. Something concrete to refer back to, not just a memory of a good conversation.

Is this a one-time session or the start of something longer?
Completely your choice. This session is designed to stand alone and give you real, actionable direction. Some people find that's exactly what they needed. Others use it as a starting point and go on to a longer programme. There's no pressure either way.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing formal. You'll receive a short intake form before we meet to help us make the most of our time. The most important thing to bring is your story — and the willingness to look at it honestly.
Is this the same as seeing a dietician or doctor?
No — and that's the point. As an NNCP and Nutrition Counsellor I take a holistic, investigative approach that looks at your whole story, not just your numbers. I don't diagnose or prescribe, but I do help you understand what's going on and make informed choices about your health.
