First Session

The Blueprint Discovery Session

Your first session — the Blueprint Discovery Session — is completely complimentary.

No charge. No commitment. No pressure. It’s simply a conversation where we explore what’s been going on for you, what you’re hoping to change, and whether working together feels like the right next step.

Investment

Programme & Session Fees

All fees for programmes and individual sessions are outlined on the relevant service pages and will always be confirmed in writing before we begin. Fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are due according to your programme agreement.

Scheduling

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — I understand that completely. Your session time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations usually can’t be offered to another client.

The 48-Hour Policy

  • — Please provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
  • — With 48 hours’ notice, your session can be rescheduled at no charge
  • — Cancellations within 48 hours result in forfeiture of the session fee
  • — No-shows are also considered forfeited sessions

Exceptions

Serious Circumstances

I’m a real person working with real people, and I have no interest in enforcing policies when genuine emergencies occur.

Valid exceptions include

  • — Acute medical emergencies
  • — Hospitalisation or sudden serious illness
  • — Bereavement
  • — Other serious and unforeseen circumstances

If something like this happens, reach out when you can and we’ll work it out.

Process

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing — this ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Payments

Refunds

Completed sessions are non-refundable. For programmes paid in full, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at my discretion, minus any applicable administration fee. Programme deposits are non-refundable once a programme has begun.

Punctuality

Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for any clients scheduled after you. The full session fee still applies. If you know you’re going to be late, please send a quick message so I know you’re on your way.
